The Basement The basement includes a wine cellar, wine archive room and a tasting room with table, chairs and a fireplace. Ground Floor The ground floor includes a large open space area with a fireplace, dining table and chairs, comfy chairs and a fully furnished kitchen. There is also a utility room with a toilet and a washing machine. First Floor There are three bedrooms on the first floor, one bedroom is on suite and there is one family bathroom. Both bathrooms include shower, toilet and a wash basin. Each bedroom has bedding, towels and some storage space. Two bedrooms on this floor have a balcony door leading to the terrace and backyard. There is a big wardrobe in the hallway on the first floor to keep coats, other clothes, suitcases etc. Attic There is one triple bedroom in the attic. There is also a storage space including a lot of toys and games for children. Backyard / Terrace At the back of the house there is a backyard and terrace. This is accessible from the kitchen and from two bedrooms on the first floor. There is a car park for one car and a bike storage. There are two bikes available for use to the customers. There is also garden furniture for use by guests.
