The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroomwith a shower and a toilet.   In the apartment you can find a LED-TV,  a hi-fi, an internet access, a fridge, a ceramic hob, a microwave oven, an espresso machine,toaster, kettle and iron.   The price includes bed linen and towels, tea and coffee.     Its size of 45 square meters provides enough space for 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.     Babybed and a dining chair is offered for free.     For your convenience it is available a double bed, a sofa bed and a portable bed.   In warm days the enclosed courtyard seating area can be used.     The apartmen tis non-smoking.
